I'm tired of being embarrassed because I like my 4081! No--I LOVE my 4081! Granted, I've never tried anything else, but hey: I haven't had an analog in almost two months! Nyeh!

Proud to own and vape my 4081! Come on all your 4081 people! Who's with me?!?

Anyone?

....

Anyone?

....

Just as I thought.... :o(

Jim Davis also loves his 4081, he is a great member and very knowledgeable about the 4081.

Hi Treece;

I love my 4081 / NPRO / PeeWee.

I bought it, I tried it, & I liked it. My batteries are still lasting 8 hours at least. Burnt out only one atomizer. I have my passthrough that's in my mouth right now, and the battery set for work. They give good throat hits, and I feel they're well built.

I also have about a dozen M401's. They're put away as spares right now. I should probably start using the 401's and give the 4081 a rest.

This is my thought. I only have 2 different types. I build up my stock on each. People that have so many different kinds, will go broke trying to keep stock for all.

Keep checking dietsmokes.com - Atomizers for $3.50 ea. The bad news is they're out of stock right now, and their shipments have bee seized by Customs. Keep praying that the shipment will be released.

I figure if they don't like my e-cig, that's more spare parts available for me.

Hey Treece. When you get a chance update your profile with your location. City & State (if in US) is good enough. You'll be surprised how many of your neighbors ave vaping. Neighbors come in handy for helping each other out in hard times.

Thanks, Jim. I just updated my profile (I'm in St. Louis, MO).

FYI, indoorcigarettes.com has some DS103 parts (compatible, from what I understand). I ordered atomizers on Friday, they were shipped Saturday. I've ordered from him before (one atomizer, which I haven't tried yet). But he was very communicative, fast response, and fast shipping.

I have the PeeWee, too. Just ordered another kit through Classified/Swaps.

What I'd like now is another passthrough. Wow! The passthrough makes a huge difference, especially combined with the Kensington Power Pack. Love it....

The DS103 fits the 4081 as far as I know but the cartridges are different. Carts will not interchange between the 103 & 4081. If ya got the 103 atty's coming make sure you have some 103 carts.

Love my passthrough. With the car adapter, it's great on long trips. Just don't try to fill a cart at 85 MPH.

I agree. RN4081 is a very under-rated model.

Howdy Lifebot;

Same as I told Treese. If you update your profile with your location, people can help you better if they know where you are. You discover you have neighbors vaping close by that can help you out in a pinch.

Have you had experience with a 103 atty vs a 4081 atty? Which is better? I was told not to use the 4081 atty for 103 as only 95% of them fit right.

Never tried it myself. Only going by what I've been told by fairly reliable sources. If I can't get 4081's in the future, I'll be getting the 103's, and I'll make them fit one way or another.

I didn't know I'd have to get 103 carts. Thanks for the info. It would have been a bad day for me if I'd run out of 4081 atomizers only to discover the 103s needed different carts.

The original atty I got with the NPRO is still working (knock wood) after two months.

Good to know that atty is still cookin'!

Like I stated before, I went by fairly reliable second hand information.

Let us know how you make out with the 103's.

I'm using the 103 attys with the 4081 (PeeWee) carts. A tighter fit, for sure, but nothing I can't deal with.

And yeah, the original NPRO still puffing along ... over two months now. :o)

Keep your eye on dietsmokes.com They have 4081 atomizers for $3.50 each. Out of stock right now but keep checking. That's dirt cheap.

Try winning the 103, they are basically the same.

Seriously? Like they're the same model (as those people do like to confuse...)? I do have that 3...

Yeah I posted a review on the DSE103. The battery on them are the same, just RN has recessed atomizer, 103 has exposed bridge so you just need to use the appropriate mouthpiece. If you are a cart user then I think you would like the RN atomizer and cart as opposed to the 103 cart. 4081 has a slightly bigger cart.

Disclaimer: This isn't a review and I'm a small supplier of this product but it's the only subject-related thread...

Alas there are no RN4081 users on this forum anymore. I guess I'll just have to talk to myself.

We (wife and me) tried our new cartomizers this week and they work great. Huge plume of vapor, the built-in atomizer heats much quicker than the traditional atomizer, and holds enough liquid to equal 4-5 cartridges. Really nice for when you're on the go (e.g. driving) and don't want to deal with dripping.

Now I just have to find another RN4081/SmokeEverywhere Gold/NJOY NPRO/SmokeStik user to tell. Heck, they should fit the DS103 batt as well... Hello.... <echo>Hello.... ??? ???

A lone 4081 user in a sea of 510, 901s, etc....... :(

I've taken to using an RN4081 atty from time to time - I'm using the double length carts from Liberty Flights with a 901-4081 adapter on my SD. Here's a picture:

Neat. Yes, I'm looking to purchase some of those 901-4081 adapters this week.
