All placed orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Most orders are shipped on the next business day.

You cannot cancel any orders that have been placed with us, as we process all orders immediately after receiving them.

If your item is defective upon arrival, simply let us know and we will replace it right away with shipping paid both ways.
