We ship to most countries in the world. Your order will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving the payment. All orders are packed safely with bubble wrap to ensure no damage during transit. If there is ever an issue that prevents us from shipping your order promptly, you will be contacted by a customer service representative by email ahead of time to resolve the issue in a timely manner so that your package can be mailed as soon as possible. 

All shipments will be issued a tracking number for your convenience and your tracking number will be automatically sent to your e-mail. If you did not receive a confirmation email, be sure that the emails are not getting tagged as spam or junk. (This especially occurs when using free email services such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.)

We have a 60-day warranty for all batteries, chargers, and USB wall-plug converters. If your products simply stop working, we will either refund your payment or exchange your product for a brand new one within the warranty period. Atomizers are semi-disposable with a limited lifespan, thus not covered by the warranty.
