Products under the “pre-order” category is not available for immediate shipping, and requires several days of waiting for dispatch.

Pre-order products suggests that we are currently awaiting for the arrival of the next batch from the respective factories, and therefore orders containing pre-order products are shipped based on the chronological order of payments received.

Normally, orders containing pre-order products generally require 1-2 weeks of waiting time before fulfillment. If you wish to cancel a pre-order before being shipped, we will issue a full refund of your payment. We ask you to please be mindful about the waiting time when ordering pre-order products. To find out the waiting time for a particular product, get in touch with us today.

In stock products are currently stocked at our warehouse and are available for immediate shipping. The stock quantity of all in stock products are updated in real-time, on an hourly basis. If your order contains all in-stock products, you can expect to have your order shipped within the 1-2 business day processing time.

VapeZone ships all products directly from our 5000 square-foot warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

All orders require 24 to 48 hours of processing time, the duration which encompasses the packing of the products to sending it out for fulfillment. Once the order is with the shipping carrier, the status will be updated to “Shipped”, with a tracking number that can be viewed on “My Orders” page.

If the order contains more than 10 different products, it may require more than 48 hours of processing time. If your order requires more than 48 hours of processing time, we will notify you via e-mail to inform you in advance.

Shipping is calculated automatically by the total weight in your cart. Our website allows you to review the shipping cost during checkout prior to submitting your orders.
